In my pic there is Dick Powell in an Aerocycle, 1936, a go-kart the company was trying to promote. Buck Jones also rode an Aerocycle.
Now for the 3rd point, is there any other info, beside that?

1 point for what's more behind this 1936 Aerocylce. (company\builder name, technical specs, etc...)
