1952 Sloan Special. Built by Eugene Sloan, a PanAm pilot, but I don't know on what chassis...

Very WOW!
All correct...I suspect you have the same magazine, since there's nothing less, nothing more than what you wrote!
Well done!

1940 Ford frame, 1950 Cadillac engine, Ford transmission with Lincoln gears, Buick brakes and a radiator grill fashioned from the rear window of a 1935 Ford, built by Cap. Eugene F. Sloan in his Seattle basement for a cost of $6000.

Pilots and one-off specials are a recurring theme at AutoPuzzles. Here's another such quiz. .

For 1 point, identify this flyboy, and the chassis and engine of his car.

Be sure to answer all parts of the question, if you'd like the point. Only complete answers will earn a point[/b]
