I know very little about it except it was a prototype - it looks unfinished but I don't know anything more except the name. If you have more information?

Four cars were made by the coachbuilder Rambert et Fils of Clermont-Ferrand, better known for bus bodywork. Originally powered by a Staud engine, the surviving car has a Terrot 350 HCTL engine.

It has erroneously been identified as a Terrot-Lambert in a different puzzle: http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/index.php?topic=14714

These two puzzles should be merged.
