It looks like the 1938 Reo which tows a Curtiss Aerocar which is exhibited in the Petersen Automotive Museum, otherwise known as Hubert Eaton's Vagabond

This is indeed the "Spirit of Tomorrow", built by Johnny Norton and Horace Barney (Basil) Oldield in 1938.
