only two were made

I'm not quite sure who to give the point to here, so I think i'm going to have to give you both one.
I also spotted that this car featured in DHoffman's Out of Tune puzzle from some years ago but which only got moved to the Solved board this week - I knew then that someone with Hawkeyes was going to get this pretty soon!

The Magnum was developed by PGAM, Osnabrück, and built by Design+Technik, Hamburg, in 1989.

Google "PGAM Osnabruck" and you will receive links to wallstreet-online, local German newspapers, Wikipedia and many more, all reporting about the liquidation of PGAM  ;)
