Congratulation! That's indeed a Fram (Fabbrica Rotabili Avantreni Motori) by Cantono, built in Rome and sold also in France by Compagnie des Voitures Electriques and in the USA by the Cantono Tractor Co. from Canton (!) Ohio.
I'm glad to be the one who gave you the 25th point!
