Since this has moved off the front page of Rookies and isn't getting any new views, I'm going to go ahead and take it to the Experts.

Not to my knowledge.

The only info I have is the make, model, year, country, and purpose.

Radiator looks a bit like a FIAT, so perhaps this charabanc is one of theirs of the early 1920s.

No. In Europe, but not quite as prolific of a car-producing country.

Pre-1920 but not Austro-Daimler.

And, to clarify my vague hint, the relevant place became part of something besides Austria after WW I.

Correct -- It is a Nesseldorf.

Now we just need the model name.

Hints:
(1) It obviously means "big."
(2) It could be seen as a strange choice for the time (1913).

No. It's a very famous name -- and very recently famous as of 1913 -- but famous for a bad reason.

Big hint: Think of bad things that happened shortly before 1913.
