I know of exemplars built with Chevrolet or Pontiac engines...but your pic shows the same car...
Who built it?
I won't lock it unless you provide some crucial details.

Don't lock it, because I don't have more details. And now I see "petit" differences.
1. Your car looks like a 4 seater, mine is 2 seater
2. mine has a split windshield
3. the roof has a "window"

"Here is a 33/75 Duesenberg this is one of the very early cars built by Duesenberg. Please do your own research. I have been told several Stories & tales how a new 70,s Pontiac Bonneville was shipped to the Philippines & the car was hand built over there.. I was also told that it was built by Duesenberg in PA. I cant verify any of these. It is built on a new at the time Pontiac Bonneville 455 V8 aut. & the car was running & driving when I got it. It had less than 1200 original miles. It has 1350 miles on it now. The original owner drove it from up North to a Hotel in Palm Beach in the mid to late 70,s & was never seen since, the car was then towed to a tow yard somewhere near the ocean, where it sat for 2 years enjoyed the sun & the nice salty ocean breeze. Thats how it got Cancer."

I have more pics of these cars and they are just like yours.

I'll rephrase that...
@Oguerrerob: you found another pic of a car made by the same manufacturer...but it's not a Chrysler Custom.
@Joćo: you found my source (and was not obscure after all) but as you can read it's totally inaccurate.

...well it's not a Duesenberg of course, but in Joćo's reply you can find a valid clue...
