Was this one of the Morris-designed prototype possible TC replacements that was based on the Morris Minor, right around 1949ish?

1949 is not quite right... but very close. Otherwise all correct, locked for you to give me the correct year

My source said they worked on these prototypes from 1947 to 1951...since the TD was out in 1950, I'm going to go the other way and say 1948...
