This is a Sovra LM 1, a French buggy, based on a VW chassis, first presented in 1971.

Well, I thought LM 2, but wrote LM 1.

So it is the Sovra LM 2, hopefully. It must be the prototype, since the production cars had extra headlights on top of the bonnet.
