Not so hard to identify what it is, but for I'll give a point to the PFW who can say not only what it is, who built it, how many were built and who they were built for?

Peugeot 604 Landaulet By Chapron.
Only two of these were ever made in 1978. One was for Freddy Heineken (of green-bottled beer fame). The other went to the president of Niger.

Yes, obviously it was a little too easy...!
Maybe I should have start it in the Rookies after all..
I'll look for something a bit harder next time!
