It looks like a plymouth-dodge creation to me with maybe a buick influence.

Well I did say it was a concoction so there are all sorts of bits and pieces in it including maybe those you have both mentioned.

It its, yes!
It took him 20 years to collect all the parts together from a '59 Cadillac, a '58 Lincoln, a '55 Cadillac, a '65 Buick, a '57 Corvette etc etc then he built it over a 4 month period in his furniture shop on a '98 Grand Marquis!
