A point for identifying this car:
Interests in life:  Cars, cars, cars - oh and ..er..cars

TheItalianJunkyard

The new Bolwell Nagari, released last year and powered by  quad-cam, supercharged, 3.0-litre V6, mid mounted.
It has a  carbon fibre composite monocoque.

Oh, and it is from Oz  ;)

That's the car, although think they were threatening electric power...  but don't they all?!

This is your 20th point so that makes you an Expert now - well done!
Don't forget that means you can't reply to puzzles in the Rookies section any more.

Thanks!  :)
Yes they indeed announced the ubiquitous electric version, but afaik they never unveiled it, and the first car was a conventional ICE powered one.
The image above is related to initial unveiling at the beginning of 2008, so if I missed the electric version, it isn't (shouldn't be) the one in the picture.
Perhaps they used the same shots to promote the electric version.

I don't think I have as much puzzles as all of you do, but I'll give it a try every now and then. Rookies will be happy  :D
