What's this, from when - for 1 point?

Morgan Plus 4 built for Cecil J. Rhodes 1963/4.
Base was originally a 1956 Plus 4 (c/n: 4021).
Restored in the late 1980s by John Howard.

This must be one of the most unlikely-looking Morgans of all!
