All I can find is a Citroën HY from 1951 and in beginning of the sixties got it a new carrosserie.
They used it for the Tour the France, Olympiade Grenoble 1968.

I don't know who it made but maybe it helps another one

Facel is right - it's a Citroen HY and it was built by the rather unfortunately named Le Bastard!

So it's locked for him to try to come up with the rest of the information for the point..

Considering what they made out of the purposefull good looking HY, I think the name is rather fitting. I wonder if they know a certain Alen Beresford....
