It's a modern interpretation of a classic European car, using modern mechanicals as a base.
It wasn't made in Europe though.

Oh boy, I found it! Love the exterior, hideous interior! several web sites list this as F340 Competizione by Gull Wing America, the design by Mark Nungent based on the 1952 Ferrari 340 Mexico Berlinetta.

That's the one!
I suspect the designer's name is actually Mark Nugent, but maybe not.
It is based on Ferrari 456 mechanicals, and must have cost more than an arm and a leg to build!

Headlights should be reconsidered - good old round-shaped would fit times better. These are just hideous!
