That's the ID that I got for this car. I can't find another name for the model. Because the similarity with Pontiac I could guess something like Trans am; Firebird; Firehawk or Grand am. If not, open to all!!

The information I found said "Buyers could choose from a targa top or folding hood". So, since this is a convertible, I'll jump in with Condor Cabrio

Gosh, I'm torn, as Oguerrerob correctly identified the make, but Studhamsmudger gave the right model names that I was looking for, as the full name is the Condor 330-420, from Germany.
I'm feeling generous, so you both get a point each!¬

It was converted in Germany and shown at the IAA Frankfurt Show c.1997. I have a press kit somewhere, so will try and dig it out to find out more.
