This is a Simpson Italia II GTC, made by Simpson Design, an American based company that makes bodykits for the Mazda MX-5 / Miata. They also make the Miami Roadster, the Manta Ray Roadster, the Italia Roadster and Italia II Roadster and Coupé ... one uglier than the other.

Yes, I agree with you on this one. But the Miami is supposed to look like a Ferrari Daytona?? And the Manta Ray looks like a shrunken Lancia Nardi Blue Ray ...
