It is a Standard FWD prototype but not a Flying Eight. It's a Flying ?.

It's a Nine. Should have spotted the curved door frame. The year? No idea, except it's within the 1937-40 time-frame. How about 1939.

It is a Flying Nine and as you've said it's within the 1937-1940 period I'll give you the point.
I have it as 1937.
