It is indeed.
Originally made by Speed Buggies Ltd of Chichester, W. Sussex from 1969, production was taken over by Jago in 1970 and cars were produced with various engines incl Corvair and Porsche.  It was based on a shortened VW chassis.
At the time it was known as "The King of the Buggies"!
