Who knows the details about this vehicle?

One point for the marque.

Another point for the race this vehicle has attended...

Is the race the 1908 New York to Paris Raid?

Not this famous, but it did indeed participate in a serious race.

Was this a trans-European race or beyond the borders of Europe?

It has joined an international, but completely european racing event.

Big hint:

I´m not at home, but as far as I do remember, this race has started in Posen (the former german name of this city) and ended in another country.

Thanks for the big hint  :)

The rallye was between Posen (today Poznan, Poland) and San Sebastián (Spain). The 2355 km had to be done in 7 days. The car was made by Grégoire (a company based in Poissy, France) and was called "La Roulotte" (The Caravan). Despite carrying 11 passengers it finished first at September, 21 of 1912. A Hispano-Suiza came second. And that's not all, it also won the "Prix d' élegance" at San Sebastián :D
The driver was Jean Porporato and the team was led by Mr and Mrs Picard.
