This is the X-Prize competitor called the "Seven (77)" made by Illuminati Motor Works and it was eliminated from the competition. It is a battery/electric vehicle.

I don't understand why anybody would want to call their company Illuminati. It's not really a positive thing, or at least doesn't have a particularly popular aura.

Perhaps 'Illuminati' is a Freudian mis-spelling of 'Eliminate' portending doom for the car...!
