This appears to be Dennis Owen-Rees' Aerees II which was based on a Fiat Topolino chassis and powered by a Wolseley straight-six engine. It was completed in 1947 and subsequently used for hillclimbing and speed events.
The builder is probably turning in his grave! The car was built in Wales by Dennis Owen-Reeves.It still exists and I regularly use it in hill climbs and driving tests. Great fun to drive. If I knew how to I'd add a recent photo. Or you could just google wolseley aerees to find one.
