For a point identify the make, model, year and nationality.

This is a Willys Mark I, a Brazilian sportcar based on the French Renault Alpine A110. These French Alpines were first produced under license as "Willys Interlagos" from '62 tot '66, later (around '67, '68) they changed the design and called it the "Willys Mark I"

That's the car but it also was known by another name (not Willys) when it was racing.
Locked for you to come up with that name (four letters).

My first answer I gave I knew whithout looking things up, but for the answer (I think it's the answer) to your last question I had to Google a bit further ...

I've found that N°21 was raced by Luiz Pereira Bueno and the car was referred to as a Bino Mark I (my Spanish isn't that good, but I think that's what it said ...).

Yes, that's it - the Bino Mk 1 of 1967.
The car was named in honour of Brazilian racing driver 'Bino' Heins who died at Le Mans in 1962.
