European?

The background truck seems to indicate that.  :D

The make is not European but the puzzle truck is operating in Europe.
It may have been assembled in Europe and it was widely marketed by a Swiss based company.

Cushman it is - can you give me an approximate year and the nationality of the maker for the point?

Cushman is a US American company. They have been around for quite a while, so I just can guess by the looks of this little 'burden carrier'. How about 1960? Was Truckster the model name?

My fault, I thought I had a model name but I didn't.
It' simply described as a Cushman Elektrofahrzeug.
Date could have been in the 1960s/1970s - the information came from the "Inufa Katalog 1977"
USA is the origin of the make but it is possible that models destined for the European market were assembled in Belgium.
European marketing agents were Fenwick AG, Zurich & Fenwick SA, Yverdon, France.
The point is yours.
