It is the Panhard Dyna based sports car with fibreglass body built in 1956 by Werner Gutknecht from Wöhlen near Bern (Switzerland).

Congratulations, Paul Jaray - sorry Wendax. I did not know the name of Gutknecht. Here is the original ad, published in Automobil Revue, Nov. 20, 1997.
