Not that - it's one letter followed by four numbers

I found it but I have a problem : at first, I didn't recognize it as a Mercedes, but given the answers I could find keywords for a Google Image search which gave me the answer (hoping that it is the correct one).  What do you suggest ?

Difficult to say whether you have the correct car but I assume so if you have used Google Image Search.
Thanks for your honesty and let's know what you've found (including the coachbuilder).

I just have Mercedes-Benz L 1000 Express at this moment.  I'll look for the coachbuilder, but I have to leave for a few hours.

No, I believe this must have been one of their last car bodies.

1929 L1000, developed from 10/50 PS Stuttgart W11 with enforced chassis with body by Karrosseriewerken Gustav Erhardt, called a "Kombinationswagen". Coupe top was removable.
Also had a rear door.

That's the car although I believe the coachbuilder's name was spelled Ehrhardt with an extra 'h'.
Well done and I'm pleased to award you your first point.
