Pichon Parat Dolomite, Panhard based coupe. 1954-56. Elegant and extremely pocketable sports car.

Looks similar, but according to my sources it's not that!
Pichon-Parat is correct however so I'll lock it for your next reply.

Four headlight will make it a Berlinette Dolomites 1954-1955. Pichon Parat from Sens built tweaked and altered Panhards Junior Cabriolet and Coupé and from 1953 on they produce this small handsome coupe until 1957.

Although it is very similar this car is not based on a Panhard at all.

Found it. Salmson 2300 S Coupé.
Compare it with the Panhard based -smaller- Dolomites
or the renault 4cv based coupe
