Coronamobil 1904, produced by Corona, Brandenburg/ Havel.
Perhaps the only 3-wheeler with steering wheel.

Yes, it is the Coronamobil.
Another point for you.
There are lots of threewheelers with steering wheels (Tempo, Goliath, Heinkel, etc.). But reducing it to threewheelers with motorcycle front, you may well be right.
