Yes it is the prototype Alvis TA21 that was eventually deemed too expensive to produce.
However I have an earlier year for it.

Captain Slow, I'm giving you another 12 hours to come back with the answer before I open it up again.
Apart from the year being wrong, the model type is still lacking its full description.
Although it was a prototype TA21 it was called the xxxxxxx xxxxx TA21.
