What is the name (in full) of this single seater, who is driving it, where and when for a point.

Exactly! Well done.
BHW by the way stands for Bugatti-Hassan-Wilkins.
I can see that I will have to post more like this on Experts rather than put them on a higher level initially.

Putting them in the "Pros" is fine but I think it's unfair to put them into "Pros and feature Writers" where the great unwashed can't answer them.

I have done it before, although not for a bit.
I think it's entirely fair as there are really plenty of puzzles for everyone to have a go at, but so many puzzles never reach the Pro's board so their chances of having a go can be limited.  Even putting them straight to the Pro's board still means they might not get the chance.  There must be many puzzles that they know the answer to but which get solved before they are allowed to say anything.

It is entirely up to the Puzzle poster to decide what to do with them and to run parallel games with puzzles just for PAFWs I think is legitimate.  The game is for everyone and Pro's are so often excluded (I have run a thread elsewhere on the forum to try to drum up ideas to give the Pro's more chance to be involved, although I must say I haven't seen any complaints from the Pro's, so maybe I'm barking up a gum tree anyway!)

Built in 1937 by Thompson & Taylor, with a big Bugatti 8 cylinder engine, constructed by Walter Hassan and financed by Mr.Wilkins.

Here´s a rare photo:
