That's a (the?) 1960 A40 Farina Lotus Special. It was driven by Peter Bennett at the 2010 New Zealand Festival of Motor Racing

Well done and another point for you Otto
It's based on a 1960 Austin A40 Farina with a Lotus engine and various body mods.
When the conversion was done and whether Peter Bennett was the man responsible I don't know.
