Douglas Protector II ?

DeAutogids

woodinsight

Neither Douglas Protector II or Duval

DeAutogids

Duval? Where did I mention a Belgian rally driver?

Apologies for that, I was rushing out the door just as I posted the reply.
However it is not Saval.
Perhaps the best way to proceed is to establish the country this vehicle comes from.

woodinsight

Not a Meteor and I can't tell you whether a bird cannon is included in it's equipment.

A couple of clues - Carmichael supplied the bodywork and equipment for this vehicle.
The manufacturer is well-known in a specific sector of the commercial vehicle market (nothing to do with airport vehicles)

DeAutogids

You talked about country.
I can deduct that it is not from Ireland.
You say body is from Carmichael. Therefore, I assume it is part of the British Commonwealth?

woodinsight

The British Commonwealth would not exist without this country  ;)

DeAutogids

So it's Britain then?

Apologies I missed your reply - not Unipower.
A clue - this manufacturer is/was very well known for vehicles with small wheels.....

DeAutogids

Electric vehicles?

woodinsight

Not electric as far as I know - I believe they were all petrol or diesel engined
