Yes, it still exists, it became the most productive Chinese vehicle manufacturer nowadays and it has a different name made of initials.
The first initial stands for the old name this company had when they produced this truck.

It was called the SH130, made by the Shanghai Automobile Works' Truck PLant. Introduced in 1968, produced from 1970 for about ten years. Powered by Shanghai's own 490Q engine with self-produced transmission. It had a two-ton capacity
