Solved - MJW #314 - Marks-Moir prototype 1923

Okay, I'm busy with the next group puzzle and with a couple of features so I thought I'd post a few more to keep you all busy in the meantime!
First one is pretty ancient now but quite interesting I think.
Make and year please.

Marks-Moir from Australia. Don't have the year handy but I think it's 1923.
