It's a 1934 Auburn, probably a Model 850...Gordon Buehrig was brought in to change the styling on this car because sales were pretty bad.  He turned this car into the classic 1935/6 Auburns (not that '34s aren't classics!)...Is this one special in any other way?  Celebrity ownership?

Is it E.L. Cord's personal car while he was in England?  He fled to Britain in 1934 to avoid problems with the SEC or because of kidnapping threats, and this car has right hand drive...

This 1934 850X sedan is right hand drive, the only one known to the ACD club. The front bumper is missing. The engine runs well but the car is not drivable due to the lack of brakes. No broken glass, dual sidemounts. The body work was done years ago in ffice:smarttags" />lace>New Zealandlace>. This was once a part of Barney Pollards collection. It is a full CCCA classic. Priced at $12,000. Located in Prescott WI.

I found this ad for the car on the CCCA forums...it used the same picture, so I'm assuming it's the same car, soooooo, the only 1934 Auburn with right hand drive???
