Those look like Ford wheels.  Is it Ford 10 based?

It's The Burdmonk, built by Nigel Kennedy of Glasgow for hill-climbing and based on a Buckler Mk 5 Chassis with a Morris 10 engine.
It was registered KGB 1, a Glasgow issue dating from April 1952.
