It's a Mini-based Triad.
It was also latterly known as something else so I'll just check it and revert...

That's correct - another point for you.
Mosquito was originally built by Mosquito Cars of Hereford, UK 1976-1977.
Six cars were reported built.
The Mosquito was later revived as the Triad by Malvern Autocraft in 1992.
