There's a lot of 1957 Ford in there (somewhere) . . . obviously modified for stock car racing. If the negative isn't flipped, left-hook drive would make me think GB or Oz.  No idea who.

It isn't from the UK or Australia but built in a country where the rule of the road dictates RHD.
The car is Ford based.

No roll bar though. Not racing tires either I don't think.

Built for use as a road car, not racing.

Them mirrors look like they're from some little Euro car. Not that it matters.
Anxious to know if there's a side shot of this sawed-off '57 Runtero. Sho-nuff is different!

I have a small side view of the car, not very good but better than nothing at all!

Looks like it was based on a '57 Ford Ranchero.

No answers on the other two questions, but a guess.

Guyana?

Yes, it was based on a Ford Ranchero of c.1957.

Not Guyana though - wrong continent

I've seen quite a few cool-looking Ranchero customs - this isn't one of them.

Holy crap! That's nAsTy looking from the side.
I bet it drives good though. Looks like they were going for '55-'57 T-Bird proportions...in a way...in a bad way.  :)
It's possible they might have even used a 2 seater Thunderbird frame. Maybe. At second thought, it looks even shorter than a T-Boid.

Something looks strange in that last pic. Just behind the vent window on the roof, it sorta looks like the pic has been messed with. Or perhaps it's just horrendous body work!  :o

I'm going to suggest South Africa, because this style '57 Ford was sold and assembled there, not in Australia.  I came to this puzzle a bit late.

I suspect this side view shows the car before the bodywork was finalised. The finished car looks much better.
