Well, given the shape, I'd say it's a Bentley or a Rolls-Royce (specially since you blured the radiator mascot...)

It is a 3.5 litre Bentley.
Not an Aerofoil.
Coachwork is neither by Gurney Nutting or Barker.

That's a 1935 Bentley 3½-litre Airline bodied by Freestone & Webb.  This car from the Barry Burnett collection was auctioned at Bonham's in 2009.
