Yes it is another of these endless Ferrari copies/lookalikes/pastiches whatever.
This one is not Fiero based however - it is based on a Toyota

The company doesn't claim that it's an exact copy although Ferrari headlights are apparently used

I finally found the website - but had to reverse engineer the page so I could get it to display.....
