It is Charles Stewart Mott. He moved to Flint, Michigan in 1905 after his company merged with the Buick Motor Company making him the original partner in the creation of the General Motors Corporation.

That's him.  In Flint, he's a man of legend.  His greatest achievements are in philanthropy, and almost everything is named after him!
