1911 New-Parry Model 37 Four-Passenger Demi-Tonneau

I wonder what are the characteristics of a demi-tonneau? I know a tonneau where you enter the passenger compartment from the rear. But the demi-tonneau has the passenger doors at the sides like a touring car. Is the difference to the touring car the lack of a foldable roof then?

These days we here refer to side-entry and rear-entry tonneaux - oh and swing-seat as well. I don't know the demi-tonneau term, but that may just be ignorance.
The precise differences between a side-entry tonneau, a roi des Belges and a touring car, not to mention a torpedo are always a matter for debate.
