Close. ;)
The car I posted is made by another subsidiary of Foton named Foton Lovol, but the car is generally referred to as Foton. According to Foton Lovol's website, some of their three-wheelers use the same badges as their Forland vehicles. Foton Lovol's factory/headquarters reside in Weifang, Shandong, China. pnegyesi was partially correct when he asked about Chongqing since that's where the parent company (Foton) resides but I wasn't home to check my info and had the Shandong name stuck in my head. Not much info is available on this car since it was not widely advertised on the Internet. Anyway, not locked yet.
Who comes up first with the model name gets the point.

Make: Foton
Model: ?
