Its a DFSK electric van.   Seen a few of 'em here in Thailand....

That would have been too easy. ;D
I guess the BMW-alike grill made you think it is a Dongfeng/DFM/DFSK but it's not, and it is not an electric van either but gas/petrol powered.

Just for the record. Chongqing Shineray is no longer affiliated with FAW. It manufactures Jinbei minivans so it cooperates with Brilliance Automobile.
