It is the Subaru BLT shown at the Tokyo Motor Show 1987. BLT stands for Business, Leisure, Transport. It was based on the Domingo van, also known as Libero E12.

And I always thought it stood for "Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato" - as in Britain's No.1 favourite sandwich...
