Ice Cream Man
At the cool little space known as Public Assembly, Babelgum and the Ice Cream Man decided to throw a party last night (Nov. 17th). Not only was there an open bar and free ice cream to celebrate the completion of the Ice Cream Man’s journey across America and the music festival scene, but musical acts Kurt Vile and Times New Viking were set to entertain the assembled mass. Not bad for a Tuesday.

There was a children's television program which started in the 1970s about a Viking boy called Vicke, Vicky or Wickie, depending on country and language, based on books about Vicke Viking by Swedish author Runer Jonsson.

Vicke was the son of the local chief Halvar, and lived in a village called Flake.
