Vopard Lytning Ginetta G12P.
Yes, it's the Vopard Lytning offered as a kit in the 1970s by Vopard Enterprises.
It was based on the Ginetta G12P, a one-off sports coupe built by Richard Petit of Ford Advanced Vehicles in 1966.
Vopard bought the car and the molds intending to offer the car in kit-form. It did not have the Ginetta chassis and it proved difficult to manufacture. A variety of engines and transaxles were used in the few that were built.
Yet another point for you.
