For me, it is indeed the Teilhol TLX 325 or 400, a french voiture sans permis launched at the 4WD/voiturette Paris Motorshow in october 1985. Rear engined, Lombardini 325 or 395 cc, built in Courpière, Auvergne...

It is absolutely the same shape, without a single difference. So I'm sure this is the Teilhol TLX... With that german plate, perhaps a special version for german disabled... Made for ATW ?

The only clue that I have is that there was later a portuguese made version of this body, but with FWD. The original was the Teilhol TXA, the licensed version the Evasao TXA/Sprint 500.
Have I got it ?

I don´t understand so much about European license plates, but if you´re refering to the color of the plate, yes, it helps about the origin of the car
