It is a homebuilt car made by Conrad Greenemeir of Denver Colorado.
He built it out of $160 of scrap aluminum. It took him 2500 hours to build.
It is powered by a 6hp industrial motor and rolls on surplus airplane tires.

Doe the car have a name?  None that I can find.
